Dr. Ryan didn’t start his career in dentistry, he first worked as a medical physicist in the UK health sector, blending clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology. Realizing he wanted a more hands-on and fulfilling way to combine both, he pursued dentistry at Sheffield University (which he insists is the best university, if you ask him!). Fourteen years later, he’s never looked back.

With a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, implants, and Invisalign, Dr. Ryan is passionate about providing treatments that enhance both oral health and confidence. He believes in treating the whole person, not just their teeth, and takes the time to understand the root causes of dental issues, helping patients achieve long-term oral health. Building trust is at the core of his approach, he knows that when patients feel heard and understood, they’re more comfortable and confident in their care.

Dr. Ryan has pursued advanced training to stay at the forefront of his field, including implantology programs with IAADent and ICOI, as well as a residency in aesthetic dentistry with gIDE. He’s also ClearCorrect-certified, offering patients modern solutions for straighter smiles.

Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find him in or near the ocean. A passionate SCUBA diver, surf lifesaver in Killcare, and former competitive sailor, he clearly made the right call leaving landlocked central England behind! He also enjoys cooking (his Indian dishes are top-notch) and spending time with his family.

Fun fact? He once attempted an overland-and-sea journey from England to Australia. Ask him about it at your next appointment!
